This One is For the Grandparents

Remember this family from about 6 weeks ago at their family maternity session? Well, they are proud to announce the birth of their little boy, Owen. Ok, so this blog entry is not the actual announcement to the grandparents. Of course they know. But, the grandparents that live out of town have not seen baby Owen yet and this blog entry will give them a first glimpse of their new grandson! And that tickles me pink. I’m mean blue.

So, presenting, the perfectly precious baby Owen, brother Andrew and the beautiful family.

Cool Twins

I get to photograph Dylan & Noah often because they are good buddies of my boys. Or maybe it’s that I’m good buddies with their Mom. This first picture is probably my favorite of the boys together that I’ve ever taken. I have a similar pic of my boys that I love, so stay tuned for that. Can you tell they are identical twins? Um, yeah, definitely.

She’s Turning 3

Oh, sweet Riley. I always love photographing her. She’s got some crazy smiles that make me laugh, but one of my favorites is the 3rd picture where she’s sitting & looking so sweetly at me by the water with a subtle sweet smile. She really is one of the sweetest little girls ever. In fact, every time she sees me she says “Kristi, I love you”.
Her birthday is coming up. Betcha can’t figure out how old she’s going to be.

New Friend

Meet Gianna, my newest 4 year old friend. She thought it was really funny to hide from me under her hat. Then I gave her a little bag of teddy graham crackers and she suddenly became my instant friend…..and model. It was great finally meeting you, Jaimee!

Cousins

You might recognize these 3 kiddos from their individual pictures I posted during the month of March.  Well, they happen to be cousins, which means they have the same Grandma.  And what’s the best gift a Grandma can receive?  Not only pictures of her grandkids, but also pictures of all her grandkids together!  So I helped these families pull of a surprise for Grandma LeAnne.

I created this 11×14 collage which they framed in a 16×20 matted frame. It made a beautiful Mother’s Day present.

I saw this picture on facebook. I loved being able to see a picture of someone receiving a gift that I helped create for them. It’s why I’m in this business….to use my talent and creativity to help make memories for people and make them smile. This picture sure made me smile!
