Christmas Week

December 30, 2007 – 8:10 pm

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas week! We had a nice time visiting with family in Caledonia/Grand Rapids. The boys & I were there for 7 nights. The boys ended up doing great sleeping there, although they both caught colds again (4th cold in 3 months!!). Dave left for Las Vegas & Utah in the middle of the week and he returns tomorrow (hooray!!) Hopefully he took some pictures and I’ll post some of them for you to see also. I didn’t take as many pictures as I normally would have, but here’s a few….

We spent a couple of evenings with Grandma Doorn.

My Little Reindeers

We didn’t have anything to do this morning (surprising, huh?). So I made a make-shift studio (guess I should have asked for a backdrop for Christmas because mine is a bit wrinkled..ha ha) and the boys & I had fun taking silly pictures. Here are some of my favorite pics.

There were ghosts running around our house tonight!

Here’s a funny video of the boys playing tonight after their bath. They were running around the house with their blankets on their heads pretending to be ghosts. We did this over and over and over and over and over and over……

Lots of Snow!

How long does it take to get both of the boys bundled up like this? Well, let’s just say that I was sweating by the time they were bundled up. They loved the big snow storm and we had a lot of fun playing outside in it. And Dave had fun using his new snowblower for the first time too.
